About this experience

Shake things up at the Roe & Co Flavours Experience, the perfect option for cocktail enthusiasts looking to develop their cocktail skills. Here you’ll explore the Five Pillars of Flavour; sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami. Choose your whiskey cocktail based on your own unique palate, uncovering the taste of your chosen flavour. Talented staff will bring you on a journey of cocktail discovery, offering their expertise along the way. Finally, you'll be welcomed to the Power House Bar, where you'll finish with a seasonal, rotational whiskey cocktail created by an expert mixologist.

Supercharge your blending skills to create the perfect whiskey cocktail

The building in which today's Roe & Co Distillery is housed was once the power station of the Guinness Brewery.

The original Roe Distillery is located next to it, and the only remnant of it is St. Patrick's Tower (an old windmill).

After shutting down in 1926, the distillery was reopened in 2019 as the Roe & Co Distillery and is the latest addition to Dublin's whiskey industry.
