Kilmainham Gaol tours & tickets

Kilmainham Gaol in Dublin opened in 1796 and held many leaders of Irish rebellions, including the leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising, who were executed there. Today it is a museum run by the Office of Public Works, visited by guided tour.
